Asian American Mental Wellness:

We are by no means a monolith, however, we are socialized and racialized in ways that can result in very uncannily similar life stories across ethnic backgrounds and upbringings. I pull from my own anecdotal experiences, clinical observations and training, and evidence based research when working with my Asian American clients to offer a lens that is more appropriate and accurate than a traditional western lens.
