I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & 200 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Listed below are the modalities that influence my orientation and the training/education I have received. I strive to continually deepen my clinical skills and expand the knowledge I have around modalities and philosophies that are most effective in facilitating healing. I learn so much from working with each person’s unique history and nervous system, as well as the interns I supervise.

 Modalities I pull from:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work

  • Trauma-Informed modalities, including EMDR and Trauma-informed Yoga

  • Liberation Psychology/Anti-oppressive Frameworks

  • Decolonized Frameworks

  • Ancient Wisdom Healing Frameworks including Yogic wisdom, Buddhism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda (let’s be real, a lot of western somatic therapies are rooted in these frameworks/philosophies)
